Figure 1: Chronometabolic Model (v6w): Endocrine-Metabolic Coupling

This implementation simulates glucose-insulin dynamics coupled with cortisol rhythms. The system state is governed by three primary oscillators characterized by amplitudes $\alpha_{x,y,z}$, time constants $\tau_{x,y,z}$, and phase offsets $\theta_{x,y}$.

$$R_{eset} \implies \{ \alpha_{x,y,z} \to 1, \tau_{x,y,z} \to 1, \theta_x \to -1, \theta_y \to 1 \}$$

Synchronization is achieved through the reset function $R_{eset}$, which restores endocrine and metabolic parameters to their baseline states. This mechanism ensures that meal-induced glucose spikes and cortisol-driven gluconeogenesis are precisely phased relative to the metabolic clock.
